In the game of basketball the better a player can dribble, pass and shoot the better there chances of success. But those sport specific skills will only get an athlete so far if the athlete is in poor physical condition.  Many athletes fall short in this department. Meaning they lack the speed, power, agility, coordination, strength, endurance muscle balance which are vital ingredients to competing at a high level.

This Online Fundamental Training Series will act as a guide for a young athlete and will show them how to maximize their athletic abilities on their own time. This program will also lay a foundation of functional flexibility and strength, while empowering young players with a fundamental skill set on which they can build on.  Athletes will gain self discipline and develop a work ethic by understanding that they control their own success by their effort and attitude.
